Certain products may require expedited delivery to maintain quality. If a non-recommended delivery method is selected, perishable items may be substituted or affected as outlined in our policies.

Responsibility for an order transfers once proof of delivery has been obtained.

Additional charges may apply for remote delivery areas, incorrect addresses, or re-delivery.

The Services are powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with BroCrates.

You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions, including product quality, delivery, or disputes, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Personal information may also be processed by Shopify and third parties as necessary to operate the Services.

Section 11 — Feedback and User Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for any purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring your Feedback is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights.
