Sent this to my brother in New York as a get well gift. He really likes beer!! So this was the perfect gift. There was a nice variety of beer on the website to choose from. He loved everything and he received it in a timely manner despite the snow storms going on. I will definitely order from here again.

I placed my first order with Brocrates for the Guinness and Salty Snacks gift for my brother as a congrats for his new job. I also added about $40+ of add ons including a congrats balloon. When the order arrived, there was no balloon and instead of Guinness it was substituted for a mix of IPAs. This was disappointing as the sole purpose of this order was the Guinness and there was not one Guinness included. Additionally there was no balloon. Customer service reimbursed me for the balloon but did nothing else regarding my order. It would have been helpful to be notified that they needed to substitute the main part of the gift (the Guinness) which is in the name of the gift itself. Just something to keep in mind for first time customers or future customers. Thanks

Ordered beer, added cupcakes, got updates and they were delivered in time.
However, the cupcakes were absolutely smashed … when I told them the response was basically “ you should have paid for same day delivery” I saw no advice to this effect when ordering, and it shouldn’t matter how much I paid for delivery it should be treated the same and not thrown around!? I understand not the companies fault but they should feedback to the post/courier and say that to the customer. Not just give me attitude about how much I paid for delivery!

For a custom product, arrived much sooner than expected, well packed & padded. Amazing snacks. Very palatable.
