Your website and ordering was quite nice and very easy, too bad your service was not the same. I am quite frustrated and a bit annoyed that I paid extra to have the package delivered on a specific date and when I checked 3 days after the package was suppose to arrive I found that it had not even shipped. I realize these are crazy times but it is unfortunate that you accepted the funds for shipment and had no intention on adhering to the delivery date. I specifically used your Company because I wanted this gift to be delivered for a special birthday. It took 14 days for this to be delivered - 9 days late for the birthday. I was notified by email that the package was delivered but I am embarrassed to ask if the person likes it because it was soooo late. I'm glad I found out now because I was going to order several crates for friends and relatives for Christmas. Sorry but I will never use this company again!

This was nice to discover as men presents aren’t the easiest to be creative about. The gift came on time and the packaging was presentable - no complaints there. The only negative was I paid for “fruit” and an extra bar of chocolate showed up. I didn’t complain because my husband didn’t know better so it’s all good.

Got this crate as a birthday gift from my wife. The whiskey was a perfect and aromatic blend of sweetness and spiciness with hints of smoky flavor. It was quite a smooth drink with a toasty, oaky finish. The whole thing with the glasses and the wooden crate makes a great gift. Would keep it in mind for my next purchase.

Jack Daniels is my dad's one of the favorite whiskeys so this basket was an easy pick for me as his father's day gift. The price was well within my budget and the items, along with the service provided made it a great value for the money. Dad was overjoyed with the assortment. Thanks a lot, guys!

It was a 5-star rating worthy crate in terms of quality and service. It was an amazing as promised and matched the description well. The packaging was secure and nice. The only downer was that it arrived a day late. Other than that, it was a stunner. I would recommend it or its quality and utility.
