I ordered a pina colada crate for my business partner. I was beyond excited for her to get it and she called me on facetime to open it. Wow, was a I baffled by what she got. She pulls out an awful looking basket that was dollar store quality. 1st moment of confusion, I ordered something that was supposed to be in a crate. She pulls out several items. Only one that was advertised was a pineapple. The rest were two very see through looking wash clothes that were falling apart, 4 wine glasses, some short bread cookies, and jam. Does this sound like anything having to do with pina colada's? I wrote in very upset and some rude guy told me it they reserve the right to substitute. Okay I can understand that a bit, but reasonable substitute should be included. They advertised that it was everything you need to make a pina colada. How do you make a pina colada with any of that and oh wait... Where's the alcohol part, that you conveniently left out. They told me 4 weeks ago they would send the malibu and never did. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures, this company is awful and doesn't have good customer service.
We ordered the Pina Colada Brocrate for a company bbq prize. We were extremely disappointed. The pineapple in the basket was moldy and we had to replace it. The other items were not packed well, just thrown in the crate and not arranged at all. We had to repack and rewrap the crate to make it look attractive. We would not order again.
The Crate delivered was not what I ordered! I ordered the Pina Colada crate and what was delivered was a big FAIL! The worst part was the unlabeled cake that spilled all over the inside of the crate?! Customer Service was a robot sounding recording! Very frustrating! Would not recommend!
I have emailed your company as well as the Better Business Bureau regarding this mess of a "gift". Issues:
1. Gift was not in a crate of any sort. It was a cellophane wrapped basket of some sort.
2. Nautical towel listed in description of gift was not included.
3. Additional fruit, nuts, and singing celebratory balloon for which I paid extra were not included.
4. Fruit was rotted beyond recognition. You could not tell what it was. It was rotten, mush.
I am embarrassed for myself and for your company. I should have read the reviews of your company on the BBB website prior to placing my order rather than just looking at the reviews available through your website. It is unfathomable anyone think what BroCrates shipped was acceptable in any shape, form, or fashion. The friend who received this "gift" emailed your company after she received it, complete with photos, so you could see what arrived. This is a mistake I will never make again.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a Father’s Day gift, and after paying almost $100 for shipping alone, my gift was late and THE WRONG ORDER. Oh and the cherry on top is a piece of the wrong order is broken. I’ve reached out multiple times and have yet to get a response.
